Thank you for setting me up with a processing account with Advanced Payment Systems. As you know I came into work and had all of my credit card transactions were being denied. I called the company that was processing the cards for me, and was told at first they were having a computer problem. Then after I kept calling them to find out what was going on, they finally said they could no longer process my transactions, because I am a debt collection agency. In short, they trew me under the bus, with absolutely no warning.

I was told to contact your company by Roydan Enterprises (Bloodhound). After contacting you I appreciate the super fast response (you even worked on the account over the weekend). In the end I was only in the dark for a couple of business days.

Your system is very easy to use, and I love the gross remittance. The old company would deduct the fees on every transactio 9net remittane), and it was a night mare to reconcile my bank account. Now all the money is deposited into our trust account, and the fees are deducted once per monthe from our operating account, along with very easy to read statements.

I also like receiving the daily automatic batch settlement emails. I look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with your company.
